This Specialty Coffee is cultivated by independent, smallholder cooperative farms
in the mountains of Bugisu in Eastern Uganda. Grown in lush volcanic soil at elevations of up to 7,000 feet, these beans are nurtured using the latest sustainable biodiverse methods, free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
The ripe, 100% Arabica Coffee Cherries are hand-picked, hand-washed, then wet processed and sun dried under the African Sun; preserving their authentic taste and delicate bouquet of the single-origin Carico Coffee - expertly small batch roasted by artisan Coast2Coast Coffee Roaster in Los Angeles, California.

Our single origin Bugisu Arabica Dark Roast is the master of balance with the subtle flavor and distinctive aroma of caramel and spices.
Our Medium Dark Roast features our single origin Bugisu Arabica and has a well balanced nutty flavor with tones of blackcurrant and light citrus with a hint of cinnamon.

For a strong cup of coffee, use 2 tablespoons of ground beans per 1 cup of water. Once opened, seal the package with the ziplock and store at room temperature.
